ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders require 2–5 business days for processing, quality inspection and secure packaging before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, sales campaigns or new product launches, processing may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

– Standard Shipping: 12–25 business days

– Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier backlogs, or local postal disruptions.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination country, package weight and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders; the threshold will be clearly displayed on the cart page.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees.

Please check your local import regulations and duty rates before placing an order.

PACKAGE TRACKING

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You may track your package on the carrier’s official website. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@thmamba.com with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and the item. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to cancel orders shipped to regions with shipping restrictions or that our carriers do not service. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at the buyer’s expense.
