Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on thmamba.com, operated by Longyan Manye Network Technology Co., Ltd.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

– The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

– All original packaging, dust bag, jewelry box, tags and accessories must be included and intact.

– The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

– Custom-made, engraved, personalized or made-to-order jewelry.

– Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

– Items damaged by the customer through misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

– Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

NATURAL STONE VARIATIONS

All THMAMBA pieces are crafted with natural gemstones. Each stone is unique in color, texture, pattern and inclusions. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund. Photos on the product pages are representative samples only.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Before sending any item back, please contact us at admin@thmamba.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide the return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

– If the item arrives defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item: we will cover the return shipping cost.

– If you simply changed your mind: the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, or if we shipped the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please contact us at admin@thmamba.com.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
